Bills are produced monthly and distributed through a post office box, or delivered at home against acknowledgement of receipt. Subscribers or their representatives must sign the bill-distribution register upon receipt of the invoice. A subscriber can pay his bill within ten (10) days of receipt.
Understanding the different parts of the bill
It is in two parts (one pink and one white) with the CAMTEL building and initials in the background. It comprises five sections:
- Customer identification code;
- The UETC base;
- Customer name and address;
- Billing period;
- Consumption details
